Job Description

A high-growth scale-up supplement company is looking to hire a Head of Growth to run a product line, P&L, and be the overall engine of development for one of their wellness product lines. The role would require leadership responsibilities and reports in the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Brand Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning performance marketing and sales activities to drive customer demand
  • Owning acquisition strategy (strategy design, budget deployment, and cost optimisation)
  • Owning retention strategy (customer journey design and insight collection)
  • Running the analytics and insights function (designing dashboards, scaling successful campaigns, and evolving success prediction)
  • Staying on top of industry trends and making data-informed decisions to deliver against KPIs

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience at a top-tier management consultancy
  • Hyper-analytical and data-driven
  • Ability to manage and own performance of acquisition channels, as well as multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with good time management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Goal-oriented team-player
