Key Responsibilities

• Main responsibilities include leading and overseeing the banks internal transaction management, payments, and operations teams.

• Ensure that the operations team is running at an optimal level and producing a high standard of work and that all compliance commitments of the bank are being met.

• Support business development and pitching to internal stakeholders of the bank (both RM's and Product teams)

• Management of employees and ensure that ad-hoc tasks, projects, and processes are completed on time.

• Supporting the key areas of product development via regular team collaborations across the bank

• Ensure that all financial, industry and business reports are submitted to senior management in a timely manner.

• Maintain and review all fraud and risk measures of the bank and that these processes are being adequetely implemented.

Key Requirements:

• University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

• Min 15 years' banking experience with proven exposure to treasury, operations, payment products, loans and AML.

• Relevant managerial experience is a must

• Able to negotiate well and work under tight internal deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English.
