A great opportunity to join a rapidly growing international startup on an exciting journey as an Enterprise Account Executive in the EMEA region. As a key team member, you will have full ownership of identifying, developing, negotiating, signing, and activating new enterprise clients.
- Devise and execute sales strategies to generate Net Revenue, consistently surpassing monthly sales targets.
- Identify potential prospects within medium to large enterprise segments who can benefit from our cutting-edge solutions.
- Proactively network, source leads, and engage with potential clients daily to drive new sales.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, showcasing the capabilities of our products to drive incremental revenue.
- Create comprehensive needs assessments for prospects, focusing on their international payment requirements and strategic priorities, proposing initial solutions and pricing.
- Analyse and monitor sales performance data to enhance decision-making on sales activities, strategies, and tactics.
- Skilfully negotiate and close deals, including intricate pricing and contract terms, while collaborating with various internal departments for seamless deal processing.
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure customer success.
- Provide valuable feedback to the product team, highlighting customer needs and market trends.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B tech sales, preferably with a track record in the international payments industry.
- Demonstrated prowess as a Sales Hunter with a passion for prospecting and driving net new sales in a competitive technology environment.
- Proven success in hunting new business and consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Experience in selling complex products with extended sales cycles.
- Familiarity with upper mid-market and enterprise solutions.
- Ability to handle sales of products that are still in development.
- Proven ability in managing extensive, complex enterprise relationships and driving collaboration among internal groups.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, project-management, and prioritization abilities.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with clients directly.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in English (high level proficiency), additional European languages are a plus.
