Job Description:
- Manage international disputes portfolio in a team.
- Create and apply case-specific resolution strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with domestic teams and support in discovery-related activities.
- Participate in negotiations, alternative resolution approaches, and risk identification.
- Support HR teams with global employment/labour matters across jurisdictions.
- Contribute to acquisition related employment matters.
- Train internal teams on employment matters and guide paralegals as needed.
- Collaborate with HR to update policies, contracts and compliance to local regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ PQE.
- Practice background in commercial litigation/arbitration.
- Exposure to employment/labour law well valued.
- Well honed analytical and problem-solving ability, and commercial acumen in balancing business needs with legal risks.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English. Mandarin communication is required.
