We are currently working with an exciting FinTech start-up in the Payments space who are looking for an experienced CTO to join their team to help guide them as they continue to scale and integrate their service offering internationally.

With an experienced founding team bringing decades of experience to the table, they are looking for an individual with extensive experience in the Payments/FinTech/Banking space to bring value on the tech side of things.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, scale and manage globally distributed engineers
• Oversee the architecture and delivery within the technology function
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organisation and all internal and external stakeholders
• Provide influence on the development of their new banking service offering

Key Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in a senior leadership position
• Experience managing global teams
• Recent professional experience working in the Payments/FinTech/Banking space essential
• Demonstratable success in guiding and launching a platform from scratch
• Responsible for the tech roadmap including budgets and strategy
• Start-Up/Scale-Up experience essential
