Job Description

*6 Month FTC with possibility to extend*

We are working with a leading Global Payments Fintech, who is looking for a CRM Manager who'll be key in driving the engagement, streamline processes, and maximise ROI. Working cross-functionally to enable seamless alignment to the key marketing objectives. You need to be experienced in using HubSpot as your CRM.

You'll work with various stakeholders across the business, taking a data driven approach to deliver insights and customer-centric strategies to level-up their brand's relationship with their customers and drive automation across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring proper configuration, customisation and optimisation.
  • Administer user access, permissions, and roles to align with business needs and individual user requirements.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and build processes to ensure they’re directed accordingly
  • Keep in tune with the latest HubSpot features and updates to implement best practices.
  • Work with the sales teams to improve their lead management processes, focused on inbound deals.
  • Collaborate the Marketing team to capture, nurture, and convert leads through the CRM system.
  • Audit and clean the database to maintain data accuracy.
  • Design and develop reporting pipelines to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for board reporting.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership, sales, and marketing teams to inform decision-making.
  • Streamline and automate processes within the CRM to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for integration with other tools and systems to enhance overall functionality.
  • Work closely with IT and other relevant departments to integrate HubSpot CRM with other systems (Inforex, Microsoft Teams etc.)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CRM experience
  • Competent with Hubspot CRM with at least 3-4 years experience specifically on Hubspot.
  • Demonstratable track record of success with building and optimising inbound pipelines
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, data management, and lead generation processes.

 

This is a hybrid role based in central London working Tuesday to Thursday in the office.
