This role offers a dynamic environment where you can hone your skills and spearhead the group's critical endeavours into South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and cooperate with government bodies to fulfil legal obligations.
• Oversee and ensure completion of KYC protocols to uphold regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the Legal/Compliance leadership to refine and update company policies, ensuring they meet current standards and efficiencies.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and risk evaluations to guarantee that operations comply with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Initiate and guide educational programs to deepen organizational understanding of compliance requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for local regulatory bodies, managing audits and leading compliance verification processes.

Key Requirements:

• Established track record (7+ years) in managing compliance programs within the finance sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at facilitating discussions across various levels of an organization.
• Extensive knowledge of compliance systems, including anti-money laundering and customer due diligence.
• Capable of leading diverse projects and supporting company-wide compliance initiatives.
