Key requirements:

• 2-3 years relevant Business Analyst experience in a Fintech, working with Agile methodology
• A good understanding of the Payments space
• Experience with payment systems such as SWIFT
• Commercial experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on payment systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Key responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Product Owners and support larger projects in the team
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive growth and improve customer experience
• Conduct research and analysis to gather insights into industry trends, customer behaviour, and competition
• Work with the development team to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Analyze data and metrics to identify business opportunities and make recommendations for optimization
