Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing international payments Fintech who look to connect small & medium businesses globally. They are actively searching for a Website Product Owner who will work closely with the Website Delivery team by providing product leadership and working across their websites in multiple regions - UK, EU and ANZ.

You'll be taking a very hands-on management approach and focus on the optimisation of their websites across multiple regions. You'll also oversee and ensure the web content meets high standards. The role has three key components to it: 1.Being the Agile Product Owner for the Website Delivery team 2. Managing the Website and 3. Supporting the CRO Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Product Owner

  • Be the initial contact for website/CMS requirements and manage with stakeholders

  • Work with Senior Product Manager to ensure sprint/delivery aligns with wider roadmap and MarTech programme

  • Co-run agile ceremonies, such as backlog refinement and sprint planning

  • Continuously find new ways of improving the website product lifecycle and to deliver value to customers quickly

Website management

  • Responsible for day-to-day running of CMS platform, and initial point of contact for global CMS users for new requirements

  • Build and manage a global CMS governance model that empowers regional teams and protects product integrity

  • BAU management of CMS user access

CRO

  • Support the CRO strategy and workstream alongside key website stakeholders

  • Assist Marketing teams in defining tests (hypotheses, validation, measurement)

  • Ensure tests are implemented correctly and monitored

  • Build out reporting model and gain insight into user behaviour

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of agile development for a customer facing application

  • Experience managing enterprise CMS technology or Wordpress

  • Good understanding of website tech stacks

  • Understanding of website languages/code - HTML, CSS or JS

  • Ideally experience working on global multisite solutions

  • CRO and user testing experience would be preferable
