My client is a prominent player in the fashion retail markets. 

Reporting into the Group Head of Digital, they are looking for a dynamic individual who understands online fashion (or related consumer marketplaces) with a tech industry pedigree to grow their online e-commerce business across the Asian region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales and marketing strategy and plans
• Develop bottom up FY budget
• Achieve FY budget and financial goals
• Execute against Onsite, Direct, Internet, Channel and Social Media Marketing

 Key Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of e-commerce related working experience, preferably in fashion 
• Proven track record operating e-commerce websites and driving sales conversion
• Experience in managing large teams 
• Able to work in a highly matrixed organization
