Our client is looking for a VP of Product with strong Fintech/Payments experience to lead their Product function which is building an automation platform for payments. You'll be reporting directly into the Founder, and be key in scaling their teams. They are a high growth Fintech who are changing the way payments are done.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing best practices for the company, steering them as they scale the team over the next year. Unlocking maximum value to improve their end to end delivery
• Leading and developing the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating across the company to ensure this is delivered at pace
• Leading the product teams to discover new products and features
• Growing and building the product function

Key Requirements

• Experience in leading and growing global high calibre product orgs looking for someone who's scaled, and bring energy and enthusiasm into doing it all again
• Passion for building a great culture and motivating PMs to perform at their best
• Previous experience working with peers to structure product and engineering functions at scale
• Being able to understand your audience and deliver simple but clear messages to all groups
• Being able to take the initiative and to think fast.
