Off the back of its rapid growth and scale-up of its infrastructure, an experienced VP of Engineering is required to be an important cog in the next stages of the company's ambitious expansion.

Working alongside the CTO, you will oversee and support the engineering team including the engineering managers and directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the engineering team without compromising the existing engineering culture

• Work in conjunction with our CTO to design and implement our technology strategy both short and long-term.

• Instill ownership and accountability, a learning and collaborative environment, that demands very high standards - creating an environment where everyone can excel.

• Be heavily involved with the growth of the team and the hiring processes.

• Promote the principles of high technical productivity, simplicity, and reliability.

• Have a focus on scaling quickly and efficiently with the ability to meet deadlines and budget demands.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Director or VP of Engineering;

• Experience leading other managers, scaling and growing teams

• Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy

• Strong Leadership skills - a leader by example

• Show solid technical knowledge to engage engineers in architecture and product designs

• Experience within a fast-growing Fintech or SAAS organisation
