Our client, a fast-growing online marketplace company, are looking for a VP of Sales to be part of their expanding operations across SEA. In a newly created role and reporting to the group COO.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing and execution the company sales strategy across the region. Specifically focused on Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore at the beginning.
  • Developing, hiring and leading a strong sales team at regional and local level to deliver and exceed company targets to achieve wider company objectives
  • Devise incentive programmes for merchants in order to build a stronger partnership alliance within the region
  • Report to senior stakeholders on the sales objectives, deliverables and pipeline
  • Drive strategic partnerships with leading merchants within the region

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years' in a sales / business development and partnerships role within the technology / eCommerce / Online marketplace industry vertical
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set driven
  • Strong growth mind-set and how to achieve this
  • Proven people leadership expertise
  • Regional expertise for SEA markets
