This role is a new opportunity for a senior Product Leader to join a well know entertainment company, in the role of VP (reporting to CEO).

The company is a dominant player in the South East Asian entertainment industry with a core part of the company being the online / virtual presence. This role would be leading the team of Product Managers & Designers whilst simultaneously acting as the leader of Product, being responsible for the strategy and vision of the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain & lead the product vision and strategy for the entire digital presence worldwide (100+ countries)
• Hire, manage and develop a team of product managers and designers, including the existing team (around 10)
• Act as the most senior Product person in the company, working closely with the founder and other senior leaders, representing the Product within the organization

Key Requirements

• Several years (at least 10) in product management roles, with a core experience of having mentored / managed other Product Managers
• Proven experience of leading products (and/or product teams) through several years of growth / iterations
• Passionate about the entertainment industry is a must

This role and team is based in Singapore, therefore a strong presence will be given to those who do not require relocating from overseas (excluding Singaporeans/PRs who are looking to come home)
