This is an exciting new role for a VP or Director of Product Management to join a renowned security platform with a large consumer base worldwide.

The company runs on a subscription based model with more than 3 million monthly subscribers. They are now looking to maximize on this captive market (and huge revenue) to transform into a superapp, built to service the entire Security and Privacy domain globally.

The role is based in either Singapore or Hong Kong and will be managing a team of budding Product Managers who are working on cutting edge products, used by millions of paying customers every month.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Product Managers from junior to Lead PM levels, setting in place personal development plans
• Work closely with other tribe leaders across engineering, design, marketing, data, operations and senior management
• Contribute to the overall strategic vision, as part of the senior management team, you'll be responsible for a significant portion of the overall product roadmap, thereby impacting the company vision and direction for future growth
• Act at market expert providing subject matter knowledge as well as helping maintain a best in class product offering

Key Requirements

• Prior experience of managing other Product Managers, who in turn are managers themselves
• This naturally will mean at least 12+ years' of experience with the bulk of the work being in a dedicated Product Management role
• Prior experience in large scale Product centric companies, such as eCommerce sites, Marketplaces, or mobile apps with millions of monthly active users where product launches / iterations happen in a live environment
• Natural leadership skills, stakeholder management, vision and strategy skills is also required
