This is a newly created role with a high growth consumer platform, based in Singapore (HQ).

The company launched in 2019 and already has a dominant presence in APAC with 1m+ monthly active users on their consumer platform, and several industry leading clients using the B2B side (which is revenue generating). This role will reporting to the CPO and will lead a team of 5 PMs across several product lines.

 This is a senior role with a global consumer base, therefore the estimated budget for the role is around 200k p.a. (not inclusive of bonus, benefits, ESOPs etc)

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the existing roadmap / vision, manage, shape and further develop according to market insights, your own sense of Product execution, and best practices

• Act as the head of product: own the vision; face off to senior management/non tech stakeholders; be accountable for product and your team's success

• Grow the team below you / be a people manager

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS

• Proven people management experience (specifically having managed Product Managers)

• Core experience needs to be in "pure-play-tech" i.e. software companies / companies where the main product is the technology itself (candidates from pure banking backgrounds, or similar "tech enabled" environments are not recommended for this role)

• Ideal candidates tend to have at least 8 years' experience
