A venture capital firm are currently looking for a principal to sit within the investment team, taking a leading role in analysing potential new investment opportunities, as well as assisting founders and leadership teams through periods of difficulty as their business scales.

Key Requirements:

• Consulting background would be preferable - strategy consulting/management consulting
• Ability to hit the ground running in projects
• The successful candidate would ideally have a background within start-up/scale-up business, so they are able to assist founders with their business problems as they grow, given their experience of previous teething problems in other companies
• Strong consulting skillset, including stakeholder management, business operations management, strategy
• Confidently present findings and recommendations internally and to any clients using business proposals and presentation decks
