Our client, an elite US law firm with a strong global presence is seeking a US capital markets Associate to join their team here in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years post qualification experience and must have prior experience with US Capital Markets. 

To be considered for this role you must have attended a top university and have achieved exceptional results. You will also have come from a top US Law firm, Magic circle or Silver circle firm.

Candidates who presently reside overseas are also encouraged to apply as there is potential for a relocation package for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing Capital Markets transactions
• Advising on transactions
• Working and liaising with clients

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a leading University
• US, UK or AUS qualified
• Previous experience with US capital markets so that you can hit the ground running
