My client is building a world class technology leadership team as part of a new Digital banking initiative in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for numerous technology leadership roles (Director/Senior Director) across multiple areas:
• Engineering
• Architecture
• Delivery
• Data

Key Requirements

• 12-16 years of relevant technology experience working, working on innovative consumer products and solutions, ideally with relevant experience in fintech / financial domain.
• 8+ years of leadership experience, track record of building, mentoring and leading lean but world class technical teams, be in engineering, architecture, data etc.
• Experience building innovative products/solutions from ground up, ability to roll up sleeves and get hands on.
• Experience working in a regulated but fast moving 'start up' environment.

Given border restrictions and requirements of the business, candidates must already be based in Singapore.
