Job Description

Our client is the market leader within the region in consumer industry, with the upcoming digitalization of many areas, they are looking for the role of Technical Manager in the field of HR Applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technology solutions & support to address the needs of the Group's HR department
  • Work closely with the HR Digital Team, providing advice, consultancy, and support on the technical implementation of HR solutions
  • Design and verify solution architecture to satisfy business requirements, cost, enterprise technology strategy, architecture roadmap, and standards
  • Consolidate and analyze requirements to propose feasible and practical solution(s)
  • Undertake analysis of technology solution options and associated costs, conduct gap analysis, and proof of concepts for new solutions, as appropriate
  • Collaborate with business analysts and prepare requirements and design artifacts.
  • Manage the team members of the HR application team
  • Liaise and manage vendors on application solutions to ensure deliverables of products and services on time
  • Work closely with the IT infrastructure team on the provision of infrastructure for HR applications
  • Project manage HR application solutions, from project initiation to project implementation

Key Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 7 years of working experience on IT applications and solutions or related discipline
  • Experience in key HR applications and processes
  • Candidates from F&B and Retail industry will be an advantage
  • Skilled in listed HRIS products (Workday, Peoplesoft, Cornerstone, Oracle Fusion, Kronos)
  • Solid experience in project management, regional exposure is a plus
  • Experience in HR IT best practices, develop and prioritize the strategic digital road-map including the technical capabilities, cloud migration, data strategy, and programs required to support and expand the core operations
  • Able to serve as technology and business process implementation leader advising on HR system changes
  • Experience in building and developing HR work-flow automation and analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, result-driven and capable to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
