Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualises, directs and oversees the execution of strategies to improve wallet and card engagement and transaction AOV/frequency
- Optimises programs and/or projects for success through continuous review of content and tactics in alignment to program objectives
- Builds stakeholder relationships and serves as single point of contact for all program and/or project related matters
- Leverages on data analytics and present deep dive and insights for management review and decision making
- Establishes accurate program and project tracking approaches by correctly define the success metrics, interpret results and propose recommendation for improvement
- Works collaboratively with BI analysts to automate reports
- Creates good proof of concepts for any innovation projects, subsequently demonstrate its feasibility and perform cost-benefit evaluation
- Strategizes and develops effective and consistent communications on key messages to stakeholders (including senior leaderships)
- Collects, analyses and interprets relevant information to define and properly size opportunity for any new innovative idea
Key Requirements
- 5+ years experience in marketing, strategy, project/programme management
- Strong Analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge and experience writing queries using MySQL and using visualisation tool like Tableau
- Good knowledge and understanding of demand generation strategies
- Effective stakeholder management skills
