The client is one of the leading energy providers in the UK, and are looking for a strategy manager to grow the presence of the brand, alongside strategy managers in other locations regionally.

Key Requirements

• Experience in strategy, with a background in consulting
• Preferable to have experience in oil & gas or energy market
• Strong strategy consulting skillset, covering at a minimum growth and corporate strategy, as well as financial modelling, FP&A analysis and market analyses to allow the business to make effective decisions about the future
• Can confidently present findings and recommendations to the other business units using business proposals and presentation decks
• Can run projects and workstreams, and manage more junior consultants/analysts

Key Responsibilities

• Build and oversee the strategic plan for the region as well as nationally
• Contribute to business development
• Present analytical frameworks and tools to help other business functions make strategic decisions
• Ensure that any business insights are shared between regions and the relevant stakeholders
• Manage stakeholders across functions and of varying seniority
• Suggest new areas of research and projects to enable better decision making across region
• Deliver projects on time, and within budget
