Job Description

  • Consultancy background, consumer-oriented industry experience
  • Experience in China and financial analysis

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with in-market and global headquarters strategy teams, as well as the broader business teams, to drive omnichannel strategy in key Asia priority markets
  • Long-term strategy planning oversight, support and pressure-testing to markets
  • Serve as center of excellence for retail market intelligence across China, India, and Japan
  • Partner with local teams to identify key market trends and insights to educate and inspire thought leadership; deep dive on key topic areas
  • Support analysis of M&A and partnership opportunities for the company in the region during a transformative time in company’s business. 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top academic program required; advanced degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of consultancy experience OR investment banking as analyst / engagement manager
  • Good analytical and research capabilities
  • Experience in financial analysis
  • Experience in China
  • Consumer-oriented industry experience (FMCG, retail/E-comm) and passion preferred
  • Cross-cultural background and / or international work experience a plus
  • English and Mandarin fluency
