Job Description
- Consultancy background, consumer-oriented industry experience
- Experience in China and financial analysis

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with in-market and global headquarters strategy teams, as well as the broader business teams, to drive omnichannel strategy in key Asia priority markets
- Long-term strategy planning oversight, support and pressure-testing to markets
- Serve as center of excellence for retail market intelligence across China, India, and Japan
- Partner with local teams to identify key market trends and insights to educate and inspire thought leadership; deep dive on key topic areas
- Support analysis of M&A and partnership opportunities for the company in the region during a transformative time in company’s business.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top academic program required; advanced degree preferred
- 3-4 years of consultancy experience OR investment banking as analyst / engagement manager
- Good analytical and research capabilities
- Experience in financial analysis
- Experience in China
- Consumer-oriented industry experience (FMCG, retail/E-comm) and passion preferred
- Cross-cultural background and / or international work experience a plus
- English and Mandarin fluency
