The client is a leading cryptocurrency exchange is currently looking for a Strategy Director.

The role would be global in scope, and suitable for those with a strong strategy consulting background in FS, or those who have been operating in the corporate strategy space in industry within an FS or payments business.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrable record in building business areas and teams
• Strong track record of selling work to clients and winning new business, as the role would have a B2B focus
• Strong relationship builder, within and across functions
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Experience in MBB consulting or other leading strategy house experience
• 10+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy in total
• Strong FS background, preference across area of payments (whether that be domestic or international) or across any areas of banking, wealth and asset management, insurance, fintech, private equity
• Strong understanding of crypto/blockchain environments - prior work experience not necessary
• University degree - MBA or BA or BSc
