Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced APAC General Counsel to join a high-growth digital infrastructure MNC. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the US-based Chief Legal Officer. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing legal team across the APAC region, overseeing a broad range of legal matters, and contributing to the company's continued growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the APAC legal team, providing strategic legal advice and guidance across various business functions.
- Oversee legal aspects of project development, project finance, construction/EPC, and real estate transactions.
- Advise on corporate transactional matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies across the APAC region.
- Negotiate and review complex commercial agreements and contracts.
- Serve as a key legal partner to senior management and stakeholders, providing proactive, business-oriented solutions.
- Manage disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters in the region as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the global legal team and other business units to support cross-regional projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 12 years PQE, preferably with a mix of in-house and law firm experience.
- Proven experience in project development, project finance, construction/EPC, real estate, and corporate transactional matters.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the digital infrastructure sector or related industries is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of APAC legal and regulatory frameworks.
