Staff Software Engineer

We are partnered with a Series B Blockchain Payment’s FinTech who are connectional traditional financial systems with modern blockchain technologies to build a decentralised and inclusive financial future. After experiencing YoY growth, they are now looking for a Staff level Software Engineer to join the team who will help deliver customer-focused solutions to ambitious challenges in the ever-changing world of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop applications that integrate with blockchain technologies across all forms of currencies including crypto
• Facilitate in the full software development lifecycle from design through to testing
• Integrating with the XRP Ledger
• Working closely with cross- functional teams across the organisation
• Driving best practices for coding, testing and deployment

Key Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience of web development with modern JavaScript frameworks including React, Redux, HTML5, CSS/SASS
• 2+ years’ experience in a lead position
• Hands-on experience with Java or similar (Go, Python)
• Experience building transactional systems
• Demonstrable experience in building cleanly written, scalable, and responsible web applications for consumers/enterprise customers
• BS in Computer Science or similar
