My client, a fintech software company specialising within real-time transaction data, is seeking a Post-Sales Solution Architect to join their team.

Our client has raised over $250M in funding and are at the forefront of the AI revolution across the Financial Services Space.

This is a permanent/full-time opportunity and you will be working on a hybrid basis from my clients NY office (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH).

The package on offer include a base salary of $185,000 per annum, plus bonus, benefits and equity.

Responsibilities

• Work with implementation teams to deliver great solutions to customers.
• Work with customers to identify technical needs, gaps and access deployment alternatives.
• Respond to customer technical surveys and questionnaires including architecture, information security and capacity planning.
• Conduct remote and on-site technical setup and integration.
• Provide second-level support including production issue analysis and resolution.
