Our client is a leading entertainment media agency with exciting business growth in Asia. They are looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales, Partnership to join their ambitious and dynamic team.
- Fostering existing relationships and growing new ones with the goal of increasing the volume and value of company's corporate partner base.
- Proactively and professionally engaging sponsors/partners across Mainland China, with a specific focus on agreed clients, markets and/or product categories.
- Educating and exciting clients on the commercial opportunity.
- Provide detailed and practical briefs to partnership solutions team in order to develop high-impact client specific proposals.
- Meeting and exceeding financial targets against pre-agreed budgets.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and in-line with internal planning processes to support efficient and effective sales management.
- Proven record of securing entertainment related partnerships, requiring sophisticated business cases.
- Demonstrated success across complex sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, closing and contracting).
- Well versed in hierarchical selling and experienced in engaging at senior level with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong understanding and demonstrated application of diverse prospect engagement and sales closing techniques required in the Chinese market.
- Social, proactive and driven individual with a desire to work in a culturally diverse environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin. High-level spoken and written English language skills mandatory. Other additional languages an advantage.
