A fun, fast-growing tech start-up is looking for a seasoned UX designer who will be responsible for designing innovative, elegant and user-friendly applications with the team to deliver amazing user experience to its customers, at the same time meeting business’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, customer research through interview, observations and more
• Usability tests, prototyping, and develop and products
• Develop and improve existing digital products and its delivery
• Develop strategic designs and add new features
• Define user stories and criteria to evaluate performance
• Collaborate with researchers, engineering and software teams
• Ensure product development aligns with business goals and value proposition
• Present ideas, findings, progress and product delivery to stakeholders
• Design beautiful interfaces with the user in mind

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, HCI, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing UX, interaction for applications and info architect
• Tech-savvy with knowledge in the latest web and fintech trends
• Passionate in finding solutions for challenging problems
• A team-player
• Able to convert ideas to designs
• Able to work in an Agile development space
• Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
• Portfolio available for tracking previous projects
