Job Description

​An established International cross border payments business that has recently had a large amount of investment is looking to increase their footprint across the European markets and is looking to hire a Dutch/German speaking Senior Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for originating new business and achieving commercial targets (new clients, cross sell), through account-based marketing, outbound sales and prospecting

  • Owning the full sales process from start to closing, by building and managing a pipeline, and having telephone, virtual and face to face client meetings and pitches

  • Engage in marketing operations and events, grow your network, and work closely with cross-functional teams within the wider business

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions to match with the business environment and needs of our potential clients

  • Make optimal use of CRM tools (Salesforce) and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, service and structure

  • Understanding clients pain points and focus on driving a “solutions and value selling” culture

Key Skills:

  • You will have a proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets in B2B market

  • Experience in financial services, e-commerce or international trade

  • Ability and willingness to assume responsibility and work autonomously

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to connect, win commitment and buy-in

  • Network builder with clear understanding of stakeholder interests

  • Ambition to take a leading role in our sales team and achieve personal growth

  • Existing network of international companies or in ecommerce industry a plus

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with additional languages (German, Italian, French)
