Job Description
An established International cross border payments business that has recently had a large amount of investment is looking to increase their footprint across the European markets and is looking to hire a Dutch/German speaking Senior Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for originating new business and achieving commercial targets (new clients, cross sell), through account-based marketing, outbound sales and prospecting
Owning the full sales process from start to closing, by building and managing a pipeline, and having telephone, virtual and face to face client meetings and pitches
Engage in marketing operations and events, grow your network, and work closely with cross-functional teams within the wider business
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions to match with the business environment and needs of our potential clients
Make optimal use of CRM tools (Salesforce) and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, service and structure
Understanding clients pain points and focus on driving a “solutions and value selling” culture
Key Skills:
You will have a proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets in B2B market
Experience in financial services, e-commerce or international trade
Ability and willingness to assume responsibility and work autonomously
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to connect, win commitment and buy-in
Network builder with clear understanding of stakeholder interests
Ambition to take a leading role in our sales team and achieve personal growth
Existing network of international companies or in ecommerce industry a plus
Fluent in Dutch and English, with additional languages (German, Italian, French)
