This is a new role to reflect the rapid growth this company has experienced, thanks to their market leading Cross Border Payments offering.

Reporting to the Global Director of Products, this role is a dedicated Senior Product Owner who will focus on Treasury and Payments, working with the team here in Singapore (HQ) and across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and manage the Product Vision for Treasury
• Work with cross-functional teams to scale and automate the platform, execute the roadmap and drive implementation
• Launch innovative products that continue to lead and drive business growth
• Build, maintain and prioritize the backlog
• Expand the company's network and influence in APAC through enabling payments in regional markets
• As a PO, gather responsibilities and feedback, and communicate priorities
• Manage senior stakeholders in Treasury but also across teams (finance, sales, marketing, tech)
• Analyze metrics to understand product performance

Key Requirements

• Academic background, or prior experience in Technical Engineering or Product Owner roles
• 5+ years' in Financial Services with a proven track, specifically in Treasury, FX and Payments
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientated but also strategic thinker
• Project Management and cross functional team experience
• Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum, and APIs
• ML/AI experience would be a plus
• Experience in small organisations / start ups would be a plus
