Job Description
Opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to work for this rapidly expanding SaaS Healthcare business. Our Client has a superb culture and value-set and embraces a pure flexible working culture as well as having global expansion ambitions.
Reporting directly into the CPO, you'll lead and define the strategy for their Ecosystem and be a champion of sourcing, building relationships and negotiating the right contracts with partners for their APIs and integrations, to support the creation of an ecosystem of social care offerings. You'll also be key in developing the product culture in the company as well as guiding and mentoring others in the product team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive market research and analysis into the functional areas within the different social care sectors that they operate in to develop market expertise and understand customer expectations and user needs
Create an API, integrations and marketplace roadmap to enable them to meet future needs of customers
Analyse the products their customers use and recommend new partnerships as well as retirement strategies where appropriate
Work with other Product Managers, UX Designers and Product Owners to define and approve high-level requirements
Systematically review competitor offerings and new entrants and provide reports and insights to the senior executive team and product development team
Drive action throughout the organisation and in our partners to ensure products get to market
Key Requirements
A great communicator and natural problem solver, skilled at building professional relationships to deliver positive outcomes
Able to capture, assess and prioritise customer and market requirements, including analysis of cost vs. value of new APIs and integrations
Knowledge of APIs and integration methods for SaaS-based solutions
Can drive product enhancements in the context of the long-term vision and big picture
Experience working with Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum
Able to influence and persuade whilst showing a flair for innovation and creativity
Genuine empathy toward customers and commitment to diving into the weeds on their challenges
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, be self-disciplined and committed to quality
Ability to problem solve – aptitude for fixing problems and have an analytical mindset
Knowledge of social care sector market and customer requirements would be an advantage
