A leading online payments solution company is currently looking to expand its Payments Product team. They are looking for a dynamic Product Lead to build out the card acceptance team. Working to develop the infrastructure and business of online card acceptance to further scale the cards offering as the company expands internationally.

Responsibilities...

• Be a leader for the online card payments offering

• Identify the needs and challenges of clients

• Lead the cards acceptance product team, working with engineers, data analysts and other stakeholders

• Being data driven - using qualitative and quantitative data to determine prioritization

Candidate requirements...

• 5-8 years experience in the Fintech space

• Card payment processing experience

• Merchant acquiring experience

• Strong knowledge of tokenization, authentication, authorization and orchestration

• Experience with APIs, front-end, back-end, UX and compliance

• Experience working with data

• Great Ownership and Leadership skills - you are able to own the product, working with various stakeholders and the product team to turn the vision into reality
