My client is looking for an experienced Senior Manager / VP Tax to manage a Group Tax role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in direct/indirect tax matters, compliance, transfer pricing and commercial contracts negotiation.
• Work closely with the HQ, you will also be responsible to drive any regional tax strategy, corporate restructuring/acquisition work and any other tax related projects.
• Manage an established team of Tax professionals.
• Provide a deep understanding of the APAC region and it's tax complexities. 
• Lead / participate in tax related projects.

Key Requirements

• You should be a degree-qualified tax professional
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience, with the initial years gained in the Big 4
• You are a self-directed individual, able to exercise a high level of independence and possess strong stakeholder management skills
