Our client is an international VC backed Technology company headquartered in Singapore. Due to business expansion, the company is currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help chart its growth.  

Key Requirements

• You are LLB qualified and called to the Commonwealth Bar (Singapore Bar is ideal but not a must) with at least 7 years of experience gained from law firms and/in-house. 
• Candidates with experience in Information Technology especially SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms will be well regarded (not a must).

To be successful in the role, you need to be able to work independently, be a self-starter and work in a fast-paced environment.
