Space Exec is partnered with an internationally renowned financial institution in search for a Senior Compliance Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across client onboarding and account management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews, focusing on high-risk and PEP clients.
• Provide advisory services on KYC compliance and regulatory issues to business units.
• Address internal and external queries related to KYC, including liaising with IT for system enhancements.
• Lead ad hoc compliance projects and prepare management reports.
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of KYC issues to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or recognized professional qualifications in business, accounting, or law.
• Minimum of 8 years of KYC experience within financial institutions, with strong knowledge of Singapore regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
