We provide comprehensive solutions including multi-currency IBANs and local currency accounts, integrated into one seamless system linked to competitive FX rates.

 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join their team in Dubai, focusing on sales of their International Payments solution. You will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue in the MENA region. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge to expand their presence in the MENA market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients within the Dubai and broader MENA market, focusing on businesses with international payment needs. Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their FX requirements, risk management strategies, and financial goals. Offer tailored solutions leveraging our multi-currency IBANs and local currency accounts, integrated into one system connected to competitive FX rates. Help clients optimize currency transactions, minimize costs, and hedge against currency fluctuations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CFOs, treasurers, and finance directors. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on FX market dynamics, regulatory changes, and best practices.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand into new markets. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources, refine product offerings, and effectively meet customer needs.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, navigating multiple stakeholders and overcoming objections to secure new business. Drive the process from initial prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring a smooth transition to implementation and account management teams.
  • Stay updated on our FX solutions, market insights, and industry developments. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of our multi-currency IBANs and local currency accounts integrated with competitive FX rates.

 

About You:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly within the forex or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the FX market.
  • Strong understanding of currency markets, FX products, and risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
