My client, a rapidly growing US Consumer Healthcare company are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key, hands-on role in performing financial analytics for the APAC region, and forecasting the company's financial performance. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional FP&A leadership team in the preparation of high level, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, supporting the Long-Range Strategic Planning process
  • Analyzing actual results, providing commentaries, and supporting management decision-making for the APAC
  • This person will work with multiple teams across the APAC Region supporting on various initiatives like new Product Launches, analyze revenues & budgets and develop presentations for management
  • Work closely with the countries in the region in setting up the countries and APAC Working Capital Objectives, monitors and organize review on the actual results on a quarterly basis
  • To review countries revenue, evaluate and identify opportunities
  • Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
  • Participate and support any financial evaluations and modelling of business strategies alternatives for organic growth as well as external growth opportunities including but not limited to joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions and other types of partnership arrangements. This will include ROI, NPV and DCF models as well as sensitivity analysis
  • This is a highly visible role within the APAC Region that requires strong analytical, planning, sharp finance skills and business sense

 Key Requirements

  • Degree educated, ideally with an ACCA, CA or CPA qualification
  • With at least 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in FP&A
  • US GAAP experience is essential and strong business partnering skills are required to work with country and regional stakeholders
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, dealing with financial and numeric data and possessing strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a variety of senior stakeholder
