Our client is a leading global food and ingredients manufacturer. They are looking for a mid to senior level counsel to join the team. This role will require someone with relevant industry experience and regional exposure.

Key Responsibilities 

• Report directly to Regional Head of Legal
• Provide general corporate commercial legal support to business units within the region
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts i.e. framework agreements, contracts
• Support legal and regulatory compliance matters
• Managing external counsels within the region
• General legal research and other related matters
• Identify business and legal risks for business projects undertaken

Key Requirements 

• 6-10 PQE, called to Singapore or common law jurisdiction
• Good regional exposure
• Attention to detail and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Hands on, able to work in a fluid environment
