Our client, a Fintech Unicorn is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to be based in Netherlands to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be the pioneering hire for Compliance and be in charge of the regulatory licensing application(s).
• You will also be involved in assessing compliance risks and providing regulatory advisory to ensure that regulatory requirements are adhered to for existing and new business models, products and marketing.
• You will set up the Compliance and AML framework, and be in-charge of AML/KYC duties.

Key Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of Compliance experience in Financial Services, preferably in ecommerce/payments/fintech.
• Prior exposure to regulations/engagement with regulators in Netherlands is a prerequisite.
