We are working with a large multinational financial technology corporation in search for a Security Compliance Manager with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, manage and update the International Business Group's information security policies, standards and processes
• Ensure policies are consistently applied and monitor adherence to governance principles
• Develop and enhance relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders
• Establish a GRC framework to manage risk and compliance levels
• Work with Compliance, Data Privacy and Legal team on new project security reviews
• Liaise with Compliance and various backend Technology teams on regulator inspection, external audit, security certificate programs and internal audit projects
• Communicate and report to senior management on security risks and recommendations

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or information technology risk management in the financial industry
• Proven experience in running security compliance programs
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills with regional experiences
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Certifications in CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred
