Our client, a world renowned corporate bank, is looking for a Change Manager to lead the team and define, validate and ultimately deliver process and system changes
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Training, Communications and Adoption strategy
- Liaise with different business streams to understand the needs across each segment and create a targeted model
- Work with business execution support team
- Facilitate training: organise events, update users on long term plans and oversee logistics for training
- Manage communications: work with product teams to product relevant documents, communicate with the business and update external sites such as website
- Ensure adoption: define adoption measures, create a network of champion users, gather feedback post go live, etc
Key Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience with the core in Change Management
- Experience in training functions
- Proven ability to engage apathetic users
- Excellent presentation skills and stakeholder engagement
- Passion for communication
