A global Capital Trading and FX market white label software platform are on the lookout for a Senior Backend developer. An expert in Serverless NodeJS and AWS to join their Agile technology team of 9 who focus on their disruptive technologies.

Role: Senior Backend Developer

Location: Remote (must travel to London 1 day p/month)

Salary: £90,000-£120,000 p/annum + 20% bonus

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, a demonstrated team-player. A hands-on influential developer responsible for the development of new software products. Being competent in architecture and implementing back-end solutions from scratch, an avid problem solver who excels in working with scalable applications, backend frameworks and past exposure to financial exposure development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code in NodeJS (serverless)
• Communicating throughout process to find best
• Maintain a high level of quality in our codebases through sound development practices including well-written automated tests, good architecture and code review practices
• Own, design, and code product initiatives from start to finish
• Work collaboratively with lead engineers, PMs & QA to ensure our products are the best they can be
• Always be shipping software

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in modern backend technologies (NodeJS)
• Experience in serverless technologies
• GraphQL exposure (scaling)
• Experience working in high functioning product teams, communicating, mentoring and collaborating
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
