Senior Accounts Executive (London)

Opportunity for a Senior Accounts Executive to join a fast-growing, fintech scale-up company within the payments sector. After the latest round of funding of around $80 million, my client is being a disrupter in this market, breaking new ground by developing cutting-edge API solutions that enable businesses to overcome issues such as cash flow management, cost control, and payment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead relationships whilst generating revenue from new business
  • Working with and supporting the business development team to drive qualified pipe within the sales cycle
  • Managing relationships and selling to executives at a C-suite/Vp level
  • Identify and close deals in new areas
  • Meeting and exceeding quota through upselling and expanding into existing customers
  • Accurate forecast and strategy presented to business
  • Conducting formal QBRs to senior stakeholders
  • Develop and Coach more junior team members

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience (Fintech/SaaS beneficial)
  • Skilled seller and effective communicator
  • Confident and proven negotiator with a high level of commercial awareness
  • Empathy and driven
  • Organisational skills
  • Understanding of how to build trust and long-lasting relationships
  • Enterprise thought process and experience
  • High attention to detail and a strategic mindset
