My client is a startup in the media streaming space. With a new setup in Singapore, They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include - 

• Manage the full financial closing process including monthly, quarterly, yearly closing
• Manage the full set of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
• Assist on tax, audit, and other statutory reporting
• Work closely with the Head of Finance on cash management/bank relationships
• Own relationships with any external service providers/vendors
• Drive process improvements across all finance functions

Key Requirements

• Between 4 to 5 years of experience in finance 
• Prior experience in managing the full set of accounts
• The most critical skill set for this role is flexibility, and the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Good understanding of tax, audit and treasury finance principles
• Experience in a start-up as an Accountant or Senior Accountant would be highly advantageous
• CA/CPA is required
• Bachelors Degree is required
• Big 4 experience is highly advantageous
