This company is a global leader in with Healthcare and life science, operating in over 100 countries from USA, Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of direct reports located across SEA regions
  • Negotiate distributor agreements and monitor margin taken by the distributor, and also partner with BU and pricing team to optimise pricing
  • Identify opportunities to provide content to customers
  • Work closely with regional marketing and commercial team to ensure regional alignment and drive growth for each region
  • Conduct regular reviews with key partners in Medical Centres, Hospitals, Clinics etc
  • Work closely with Country heads and Functional leaders, build a plan to have a strategic network of distributors and partners in alignment to the overall market strategy
  • Ensure that all distributor issues are well documented, approved and settled in a timely manner, mitigating risk of unexpected P&L impacts
  • Develop plans to improve distributor performance
  • Monitor high-risk distributor markets to verify channel inventory levels and accuracy of Channel Connect submissions
  • Build and operate a framework to continuously monitor and support execution of channel performance in various markets
  • Research local markets to identify potential distribution partners with capability to become strategic channel partners
  • Onboard new distributors with appropriate support and training
  • Participate in conferences, tradeshows and related field support activities to gain/share latest market trends and opportunities, to share identify potential customers and partners, etc
  • Management and sales channels, with a focus on infectious disease, oncology and inherited disease

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required in relevant industry
  • Commercial knowledge in sales and marketing across SEA
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 4+ years of managerial experience
  • Strong understanding of Local markets within life sciences
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills
  • Located in Singapore with travel to SEA markets as needed
