Job Description
I am partnered with a globally present payments business, who through restructuring and growth are looking to bring on board successful sales team leaders to drive their teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a strategic sales plan with the focus of new business and partnerships
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Sales to lead a sales approach applicable for a range of industries.
- Work closely with other internal teams to forecast sales growth across different verticals and aid the growth of the product
- Hire, mentor and train the inside and outbound prospecting sales teams
- A commercial head with the ability to analyse, forecast and scale the teams to maximum profitability
Key Skills/Requirements
- Past experience leading successful sales teams
- Hands on exposure selling FX to a wide range of verticals
- Previous experience with scaling start-ups in SMB full cycle FX
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets as well as proven team success
