Job Description

We have partnered with one of the largest Private Equity backed payments businesses in the UK that specialise in POS and online eCommerce. With substantial funding raised last year, it is an exciting time to be considering a fast-paced, high-growth, omnichannel payments business.

With a strong SME business network in place, the focus is to build out the corporate team specilising in Ecommerce and POS. To do so they are looking to hire a hungry Sales Manager to join a culturally diverse and inclusive environment, offering a competitive salary and uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from the opportunity to launch
  • Experience in ecommerce or POS (terminals) required
  • Provide in-depth commercial expertise in order to shorten the sales cycle and effectively close mid-sized and Enterprise deals
  • Identify key stakeholders within target accounts via events/LinkedIn
  • Work with the Head of Sales to define and implement a scalable & predictable Sales Strategy
  • Proactively prospect to build and maintain a solid pipeline

Key Requirements

  • 2 years experience managing complex sales cycles of around 6-9 months
  • 2 years experience exceeding targets as an individual contributor
  • 1-2 years experience achieving targets as an outbound sales/hunter in a software or fintech business
  • Experience selling to C-Level decision makers
