Sales Manager - London
We have partnered with a SaaS start-up who have created a platform which helps companies becoming enterprise ready by streamlining and automating multiple auditing and compliance requirements, which allows companies to become compliant within weeks rather than months. They have recently raised £48 million and are now rapidly scaling there sales teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Grow, coach, and retain a team of 2-5 account executives
- Hire exceptional talent for your team, partnering with recruiters to assess candidates effectively
- Achieve and maintain 90% or greater average quota attainment for your team through a combination of partnering with SDRs, partnering with Marketing, and AE outbounding
- Proactively inspect each AEs performance, coach to specific metrics, and improve individual AE performance
- Continue to build the foundation for strategic sales in a fast growing start-up
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years experience working within sales
- Over 2 years of sales leadership experience
- Track record of leading a team to exceed revenue goals
- Experience building, coaching and growing a team of account executives
