Job Description

The business I have teamed up with to source for a proven Sales Director is a leading player within the crypto and payments spaces. With their fore fronting business approach and technology, they are bridging the gap between digital and fiat assets through a singular platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt, build and maintain relationships within the fintech space
  • Develop future business through a range of approaches
  • Full engagement with prospects, selling the company as a partner, not as a list of features or product attributes
  • Productively grow and manage a successful sales team including sales managers, account executives, and business development representatives
  • Provide the onboarding and account management teams with a smooth handover to ensure client satisfaction is maintained to the highest order

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years hands on experience within sales/business development
  • A proven record of building, managing and leading over performing sales teams
  • Hands on exposure with successfully managing multiple sales processes whilst inspiring the team you will be responsible for
